This Return, Exchange, and Membership Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all returns, refunds, and exchanges of products (“Products”) and memberships (“Memberships”) purchased through the website of Klone Scents (“Klone Scents,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at www.klonescents.com (“Website”).
By completing a purchase or enrolling in a membership, the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
1.1 The Customer may return any eligible Product purchased through the Website within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt.
1.2 To initiate a return, the Customer must submit a request to support@klonescents.com and include:
The order number,
A photograph of the Product clearly showing its condition and packaging, and
A brief statement of the reason for the return.
Photographic evidence is required for all return authorizations.
2.1 Products are eligible for return under the following conditions:
The Product must be lightly used, meaning at least ninety percent (95%) full;
The Product must be returned in its original packaging, including cap and box;
The return request must be submitted within thirty (30) days of delivery; and
The Product must be shipped to the designated Klone Scents return center within seven (7) days of approval.
2.2 Returns that do not include the actual Product, or that include empty or substituted containers, will be deemed incomplete and ineligible for refund.
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring proper shipment and receipt of the returned Product. Klone Scents and its service providers shall not be liable for any lost, incomplete, or misdirected return shipments.
2.3 Returned Products are subject to inspection. Klone Scents reserves the right to reject any return that fails to comply with the conditions stated herein.
3.1 Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the Product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to Klone Scents’ error.
3.2 Each returned Product is subject to a processing fee of USD $6.99 per bottle, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
3.3 Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4.1 Subject to compliance with this Policy, Klone Scents shall refund the Product purchase price, less applicable processing fees and non-refundable shipping costs.
4.2 Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3 Refunds will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days following receipt and verification of the returned Product.
4.4 For promotional or bundled purchases (including “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” offers), refund amounts will be adjusted to reflect the true value of the Products retained by the Customer.
4.5 No refunds will be issued for Products returned after thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
5.1 Klone Scents offers one (1) complimentary exchange per order within thirty (30) days of delivery.
5.2 To initiate an exchange, the Customer must contact support@klonescents.com with the order number and the name of the desired replacement Product.
5.3 Klone Scents will issue a prepaid return shipping label for the approved exchange and ship the replacement Product to the Customer free of charge.
5.4 Exchanges are subject to Product availability. If the requested Product is unavailable, the Customer may choose an alternative or request a refund (subject to processing fees).
6.1 The Customer must notify Klone Scents of any damaged, defective, or incorrect Product within seven (7) calendar days of receipt and include photographic evidence.
6.2 Klone Scents will, at its sole discretion, provide either a full refund or a replacement Product at no additional cost.
In most cases, return of the defective or incorrect Product will not be required.
7.1 Klone Scents shall not be held liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.
7.2 Customers must contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery discrepancies.
7.3 Klone Scents may assist in the investigation at its discretion but shall not be obligated to issue a refund or replacement.
8.1 Customers outside the United States are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees, as well as all return shipping costs.
8.2 Refunds will not be issued for orders returned or refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs clearance issues.
9.1 Purchased gift cards, whether digital or physical, are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or credit, except as required by applicable law.
9.2 Klone Scents is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.
9.3 Gift cards remain valid for five (5) years from the date of activation.
10.1 Customers enrolled in the Klone+ VIP Membership or any other special subscription program (“Membership”) may cancel their Membership at any time prior to the next billing date by contacting support@klonescents.com or by using the self-service cancellation option available in their account.
10.2 All Membership fees and any store credits issued or accumulated in connection with a Membership are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the Customer has redeemed or used such credits.
Once Membership payment has been successfully processed, no partial or full refunds will be provided.
10.3 Upon cancellation, any unused store credits associated with the Membership will remain valid until their stated expiration date but will not be exchangeable for cash, credit, or refund.
10.4 If Klone Scents elects to issue discretionary goodwill credits or refunds in exceptional circumstances, such issuance shall not create an ongoing obligation or precedent.
10.5 Klone Scents reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add, remove, or modify Membership benefits, pricing, or terms at any time. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify Customers of material changes.
10.6 Any increase in Membership fees will apply only to subsequent renewal periods.
Continued participation in the Membership following such changes constitutes the Customer’s acceptance of the updated terms.

11.1 Refunds shall be processed as soon as reasonably possible and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the earlier of:
(a) receipt of the returned Product by Klone Scents, or
(b) receipt of valid proof of shipment from the Customer.
All inquiries related to returns, refunds, or exchanges shall be directed to: support@klonescents.com. Klone Scents aims to respond within 24–48 business hours, Monday through Friday.
Klone Scents reserves the right to:
Refuse or deny returns and refunds that do not comply with the terms of this Policy;
Modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice; and
Require proof of purchase before processing any return, refund, or exchange.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
